Those type 3's? look superb in that colour against the silver paint. I really like that a lot. Very individual.
Looking forward to the installed V2 pics, its going to look very focused indeed. Plus I might be hankering for a set myself in the near future. I may just go with a set of Eibach springs to start off with. I saw a nice black 130 with the BMW Performance exhaust at PH's sunday service at Mercedes World yesterday. It looked and sounded great and that was without those lovely ACS rims. Well done, I look forward to watching this car progress in the future |

Yes AC Schnitzer type 3's but painted in Audi RS4 titanuim grey colour so they are certainly unique. They are a very classic BMW design although some might say "dated" but I just love the way they make the 1 Series look so much more aggressive IMO.
There is so little choice out there for the 1 Series offsets outside of the OEM BMW 1 Series wheels. I was going to get some Eibach Pro springs but was a little put off reading that some are experiencing inconsistent lowering with these springs. A couple from another forum mentioning that their car is now a little higher than when it was on M Sport suspension?? Thats why I decided to go the coilover route which should give me complete control on ride height. I can certainly recommend the BMWP exhaust as it gives just the right amount of meat to the sound without sounding overbearing and there's no drone at sensible throttle openings and cruising on motorways unlike some "louder" systems out there.

Xenon weigh more than the halogens.......
On a serious note is that I would have loved Xenons but I purchased the car used so had to make do without.....

That is nice. I really like how the rim color blends very well with the car.

nice car!!! is't looks perfect the kw v2 is incredible and the rims are the best part of the car
only a question you fit perfect the performance brakes in you pre-restyled 130i or do you have problems. In the real oem says that the performance brakes are not an option in bmw before 2006 thats true? I'm thinking in puts this brakes in my car (120d pre) but I don't know if will fit ok, thanks |

yep beautiful stance i notice the black plastic flaps under the front bumper, in front of the wheels have slots, also in comar's and choclove's preface 130i. whereas evoglynn's facelift 130i doesnt have the slots. just an observation

I think that's to reduce the air-pressure on the mudflaps.
Possibly too much resistance without slots. Beautiful car.

IYO is the BMW Performance air Intake system worth it in sound and performance...I no the research so far has mentioned only minimal performance gains but damn that CF Piece looks nice though...My last turbo had the CP-E CAI on it for a few years and it certainly had plenty of sucking/vacuum sounding sounds as well as making the turbo spool a tad quicker..In honesty i only miss those sounds once in a bit as i am enjoying the refined sound of the 135i now with just the BMW PE...I also had the CP-E TBE on that car and it was loud....I have been itching to get a CAI but will only get one that i do not have to take off and on for dealer visits...been through that enough in the past years and want to have less hassles than more..hence the BMW CAI question..Again dude , your car is really really nice !!

I def adds a nice sound.
not sure about possible gains but it feels better in higher rpms.
