Just received the tail lights for my Titanium Silver E90. Some people like it, some don't.
I think it's great. Just need to fit them in, after i'll post some pics

nice! I'm definitely in the "like it" camp for those. Just gives it a more balanced look IMO. Be sure to post pics!

Check out the DIY thread - http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1721

Look for DIY instructions (by longtran) for installing these lights.

i think they look ok

the really good thing is that with clear lens, u can use amber bulbs and have amber turn signals. i still don't understand why bmw chose to go with red

I see every one talking about the black line lights but do they actually give off the same light pattern as the factory fitted lights or is the pattern different?

From what I have seen, it seems that the European taillights have an amber reflector inside the red turning signals. Is it possible to get those in the US? It reminds me of the turning signals on the previous VW Jetta (red under normal circumstances, but amber when in use).

Overall, the black-line lights look good, but I'm not so sure about the look on lighter colors.

Thanks longtran.

The light dont look to bad on the titanium silver e90. My cars on order will arrive around end of november (Black saphire), I think I will have to get some of them black line lights. What colour does the turn signal flash on the the Black Line Lights amber or clear? Clear would look good dont you think?
