Crazy Wheel & Tire setup…?
Hello,
I’m new to the forum so 1st allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mauricio I just bought a 2009 135i M sport. Love the car, amazing & a joy to drive . I’m a bit of a wheel whore and wanted to get some feedback on an idea I have. So, I’m looking to run a squared set up 18x9.5 +40 with a 15mm adapter due to the wheels being a 5x114. Just wondering will this work or am I crazy ....? Was thinking of running 235-35-18 & 245-35-18 not sure yet....? It goes without saying I’ll lower the car on Coils. What do you guys think, ...? Would love some input from the hellaflush wheel guys. |

Not a snowballs chance in hell even with fender rolling and pull.

The "Perfect" offsets/widths for these cars is as follows: Front: 8.5 wide with a 45mm offset Rear: 9.5 wide with a 59mm offset You "could" go with an e9X set of wheels, but the required fender work and lack of usable rubber just makes it look retarded IMO. Quote:
Edit: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showp...66&postcount=4 There is a 1er with E9X wheel offsets on it. No mention of tire size or fender work, but i would imagine its more than its worth. Sell the Evo/STI wheels and buy a proper fitted wheel setup.
