I can't comment on BMW AG policy, but I do know German SAs and techs often have a great deal of admiration for tasteful, high performance mods.

I went to BMW in Landstuhl for an alignment. They noticed the JB2 but didn't have any issues along with H&R springs and front rear sway bars that I installed. They just recommended that I remove the JB2 for warranty work. Other than that no issues.

The SA at Schaal (Sachsa) warned against "tuning", but he still seems cool. I REALLY don't trust Schaal though. They seem really shady. The first time I brought the car in for the CF spoiler, they all huddled around the computer when they read the info from my key fob. I didn't like that. Anyway I told him I had a tune because he couldn't believe it when I told him I needed new spark plugs lol. He reacted like he didn't care so......it's up to you. I don't trust them period. ACS should be fine since the dealer peddles it. DP'd though, I don't know.
