AW 135i Pics in Hawaii -Warning

Finally picked up my 1 series on Wednesday. I found some time to drive around the island today and I thought it would be a good time to take some photos. I have higher quality versions if anyone is interested...just PM me. Hope you guys enjoy!

Alpine white 135i, 6 speed manual, black leatherette, Glacier alum. trim, navigation, Ipod/USB, sports package, heated seats, BMW assist, CF spoiler and mirror covers on order, 35% tint scheduled for next week.

-On an unrelated note...has anyone noticed the 1's ability to warp time? One day at work seems to take an eternity now that all I can do is think about driving it when I get off! I'm obsessed.

Thanks for the great pics of the car and Hawaii! But the third photo from the bottom looks like a human head was left on the beach?!? Or someone buried up to his neck.

I still cant get over how you hawaiians slap the reg sticker right on the bumper. Its one thing on a beater, but how do you stomach that on a car like the Phantom?

Hmmm maybe I should drive to Wasaga Beach just to get some sand on the floor... (and take some pix)

Note: Wasaga Beach on Georgian Bay is supposed to be the world's largest freshwater beach (I will take an ocean beach anyday)

I just returned from a week over there on Oahu. It was perfect as usual.
(Maui was home for me for three years, back in '89-'92) I should have never left.

Nothing could be further from the truth, IMO. There are tons of mixed up little streets on Oahu, many with difficult names... and downtown Honolulu has some of the trickiest roads and traffic... worse than Los Angeles. And there are freeways on Oahu as well.

On Oahu... Nav can be a blessing.
