08 135i still on original HPFP should I try and make them fix it

I had some misfires hessitation last week after idling for a while could this be a HPFP going bad?

My car was hesitating after idling and 4 days later the pump went out! Lucky there is the 10 year or 120,000 mile extended warranty on this part! it didn't cover the electric water pump that went out a week later though......

The car sits for a month and I drive it to the local autocross and it would misfire/hessitate. I drive it around town and the hesitation or misfire goes away. Any ideas?
