Hey everyone!
Sorry for the lack of updates, we came to Import Alliance in Tenessee and were closed all this week to get the cars ready and make the drive up from Florida. We're still here but we'll do a formal update tomorrow when we get back, we're all exhausted! Things are coming along nicely and we actually got a call saying we're only a couple of weeks away from CAD 3-D design images of our wheels along wtb the pre-order. Mold pictures of the CF stuff coming too... We'll update more formally tomorrow! |

i like the work being put in this but the lip needs to be a bit more agressive. and needs to come down a bit cuz its missing the whole split look of the front diffuser. let it come below the side of thefront bumper all the way on the corner to get lower to the ground...

Are you suprised? Has there been a vendor promising lips and cf that has stayed on top of thing or even followed thru?

This thread is depreciating faster than our cars do. lol. DON'T SAY YOUR GOING TO DO SOMETHING UNLESS YOU PLAN TO DELIVER ON IT. Why is that so difficult for vendors?? NO one would be frustrated with you if you had just held your post until you had a product. You know people want this stuff so why all the premature hype?

amen. I was thinking the same thing yesterday. I suppose they suspect you will hold out for their products so they have higher sales numbers at launch. I think it turns most buyers off. I know it did for me with **********s... especially with those M6 reps. We waited months after their initial post while they attempted various fitments, castings, etc and finally they just said "yeah sorry for waiting months, we're just not going to do these. Here is your money back."
And not to mention the ambergones were absolute garbage. |

Hey everyone,
We apologize for the lack of updates last week. We had a car show in Tennessee and had to make the drive up all the way from Florida. To add insult to injury, we had to prepare 3 cars in basically one night only to finish at 3:00 am and head up for the 16 hr drive at 4:00 am. As you can imagine, it was a bit crazy! We’ll post pictures of the show shortly. We promised an update for Monday but have been hard at work getting everything ready for you guys. We love to keep you guys updated on what’s going on, but the last couple of days have been very busy tidying things up for the initial pre-order. Here’s a straight forward update of everything we’ve been up to. Any questions or comments, send us a PM, shoot us an email, or give us a call! • With the help of our designers we made some last minute changes to the diffuser. We kept the OEM Performance lines a bit more on the cuts, but made the fins a little more pronounced; it’s going to look soooooo good! • Moulds are getting finished up on all the pieces; just as anxiously as you guys are waiting, we are waiting as well! Pictures are almost ready to show you guys. • We decided to make a Carbon Fiber mirror cover overlay for those that want an affordable option. They will be very thin so that fitment is perfect and looks like OEM Performance CF mirrors. They will be very inexpensive; starting at $179 shipped for BOTH sides in CF for the initial Pre-Order!! • Our FLASH website is almost ready to launch; it should be live by the end of the weekend. It’s looking incredible! We can’t wait for the official unveiling. • We now have the capacity to make any of our pieces in Carbon Kevlar and colored Carbon Fiber for anyone who is interested. There are some extra charges, but it’s pretty minor. • We are also going to offer all products in our signature ICD-Dry finish! • The iC35 wheels that we’ve been working on non-stop will be becoming a reality very shortly. The Group Buy will tentatively open 08/10/09 with 3-D CAD renderings. We will ask for 25% down when the 3-D CAD renderings come out, another 25% down when we have the official studio shots of the wheels (09/10/09) and the remaining balance upon SHIPMENT of the wheels (unlike a lot of other wheel Group Buys). • The wheels will be single forged T-6061 aluminum so they will be extremely strong and light. Available in 18” and 19” in an array of widths and offsets (including those specifically made for 1 Series applications) • The iC35 wheels will come standard in the following finishes: Gloss and Matte Black, Silver, Gunmetal, and a Brushed & Clearcoated finish. Custom options like pinstriping will be available upon request. iCarbon centercaps will be included at no extra charge. • iC35 wheels will also be available in a Carbon Fiber wrapped finish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! • We have our packaging finished and are starting going to start the manufacturing of the boxes very shortly so that we have them done before the first order of parts is ready to ship. • Vinyls are done and ready to ship for anyone who wants one! They are free and we 2nd day air ship all of them so if you want a pair, just let us know! I included some pictures of how they look on a car for all your viewing pleasure! • Also, T-shirts are getting printed as well. All orders in the first batch will receive a free T-Shirt, a set of vinyls in different sizes, and a certificate of authenticity with serial numbers certifying you have an authentic iCarbon part. It also lets us recall the different quality control checkpoints your piece passed through if a problem ever arises. • We will also be offering custom one-off carbon fiber parts for those who need something specific made. Ranging from custom race-only applications to a show-stopping one off piece, we can do anything INCLUDING iCarbon Dry Vacuum Carbon for ultimate weight savings, Carbon Kevlar, etc. As soon as we have the pics of the molds, we will post them up. Please be a little patient with us! Mold pictures, 3-d CAD renderings of the wheels, centercap designs and a lot more coming; stay tuned! Please contact us with any questions, comments, or requests! |
