Paint, sticker, wrap a helmet?
What are the rules on this?
I just bought a new helmet (racequip open face). It's an ugly gloss white and I'd like to carbon wrap it. Am I allowed to do that? primarily drag and HPDE |

I have never seen any rules against stickers or paint or decals or wraps in NASA or SCCA, someone please correct me if I am wrong. The only thing that can be a negative is that decals and stickers can conduct electricity and make the helmet conductive. But I doubt that is really any kind of worry.

Typically, professional drivers get their helmets painted, or airbrushed. Be prepared to throw money at that though |
