Where is the best place to buy this lip? I can’t seem find anywhere decent.

Autohaus on ebay. I just got mine last week for my newly acquired 08' 135i. The quality is superior to all the knockoffs and it's actually functional.

Got mine from Schmiedmann. My girl picked hers up this week from Autohaus on eBay this week. Both are good options.
