My theory is to use the same company's soap as the wax you use. If you are using Zaino wax...go with the Zaino soap. If you are using Meguires wax...use Meguires soap. I figure they have designed their soap to make their wax look the best and last the longest.

I used to use Griot's products for almost everything. In the last couple of years, I have replaced most of their products with other brands. However, I still use Griot's car wash soap. It works well for me, both in the wash bucket, and in the foam gun I use. Plus, it doesn't strip whatever wax or sealant I might have on the car.
