Bluetooth? Weak key signal?
I recently bought an 08 135i and have a few general questions.
First off, is there any way to pair my iPhone with the car? The car has iDrive, navigation, etc. After scrolling through everything, I can't seem to find anything. Also, I have comfort access and it oftentimes doesn't detect the key. Is it normal for the key to lose signal strength over time? Are there batteries I can replace? It usually unlocks for me as I come up to it, but sometimes doesn't lock/open trunk when I want it to. About half the time, I have to take the keys out of my pocked and put them in the center console to start the car because it doesn't think the key is in there... |

I have a similar problem with my '11 135i. Mine unlocks and locks with clicking the keyfob and I've never had to put the fob in to get the car to start, but it does randomly alert me that it can't find the key for a few seconds then finds it quickly. I have 2 keyfobs and they both only have about a 8-10ft range. I've replaced the batteries twice and they both still act the same.

Replaced, only the non comfort access key can be charged.
