Fans coming on at cold startup, suddenly?

what could cause the fans to start coming on all the time now, even at cold startup?

couple things I have done around the time this started:
  • Aa intercooler install
  • disconnected battery
  • update to ISO-C for n55 (Map5 is what i run)
  • had my stock intake in,,,put in bms after oiling - let it sit for a few days, and did not over oil (this is seemingly when the fan situation started)
  • cleaned MAF with maf airflow sensor cleaner (does this have anything to do with fans?)
  • put in a little e85 (~e40, and I have done it before)
  • disabled auto clear since AA install so I can see if I am throwing any codes.....

  • AND - had a fight with the thin plastic "cover" that sits below our engine cover and essentially covers the engine. How is this p.o.s. PROPERLY removed so I can see if I disconnected something??? Do you need to remove the tower brace?

Anyone know what 3BCC code is?

Max Cool is not on.

Please help me!!!!

JB

I'm interested to hear the solution (if there is one) to this as well. Right after I updated to ISO, my fan started turning on at cold start up. Stays at max until the car drops to low idle and then everything goes back to normal.

I'm wondering if this is part of ISO or if it's an unintended consequence of some sort.

Turn off the JB4 completely and see if it does it still. That would be the first thing I do.

Fused 77 replaced....AC works, glove box light and trunk light all work again.

I have not turned the car over yet to see if the same fuse will rid me of the radiator on at cold start.....
