Vanity Plate? Yes or No? If So, what?
Hmm, the title has lots of question marks, maybe you all can help fill some of them in. So I was thinking it might be fun to get a vanity plate and have been playing around with some ideas. I'd like to hear what ones you might have as well as just good ideas for ones. My only restriction is that it can't be more than 6 characters, only letters and numbers, and you are allowed one space or hyphon. Here are a few of my favs.

I think you should get COP TZR. Then let us know how long before you lose your license for getting ticketed daily.

follow you everyday. but great idea nonetheless. I had enough trouble from cops with my previous cars, no more with this BMW. Plate is cool, but only catches attention. Alot of times, un-wanted attention.

how old r u? i think it's immature to have those plate combination on a bimmer. if u want attention, u'll definitely get it with those combos but expect slashed tires, car keyed or smashed windows. i think it would be wise for u to not put any combos that could be misconstrued as being smart. if u want to personalize, try ur dogs name or something.

I was driving behind a yellow S4 (completly modded out) with the licence plate "SPD KILLS" that was hilarious as hell, especially since I dont think that car is being driven below 70mph at any time..

I saw a convertible corvette z06 with "whtevrr". I couldn't stop laughing because the driver was some balding 40 something guy with gloves.

I think I'll change my plate to A-HOLE.
I'll let you know how it works out.

My cousin once had a nice home made front plate that simply read "f--- you".
Of course, on his plate, the word wasn't dashed-out. That was pretty funny until a cop made him take it off. But that was like 10 years ago when he was still in high school. |

Actual Calif plate: PHKN AYE
Many of the suggestions in this thread would never make it through our DMV. They try and screen for "bad taste" plates. As you can see above they let one slip by once in a while. Oh....don't you mean Y 65MPH ??

I would not get any vanity plate. Particularly some of the ones you listed. Pay extra just to piss the cops? Not a good move, IMHO.
