Frankfurt autoshow and Oktoberfest

Anyone heading out to the auto show and oktoberfest? I'll be heading out there for a couple of weeks. Would be cool to check out kindred spirits at the 'ring!

Attending the Frankfurt Auto Show next Friday. Probably going to the 'Ring on Sunday.

Yeah we get there sat afternoon. Might hit up the auto show. Couldn't get rental for the ring. Might go just to see it.

It's WELL worth going even just to spectate. It's a special place...
If you're there on the 15th and you see a group of 1ers with amber turn signals, come introduce yourself.

If possible, visit the Auto Show on a week day. Weekends are CRAZY.

Since you will be in Frankfurt you should also stop by KlassikStadt... its a place where rich (Frankfurt)bankers without a garage store their toys. AND its open to the public as a sort of living ever changing car museum. It is quite a cool place.

Also the Bernd Rosemeyer memorial on the side of the A5 Autobahn is kind of cool too. Go when its daylight outside.

Wow h/t to dackel! We will try to hit up those places. We will also be in Stuttgart before making our way to Munich. Should be fun.
