The Lady in Orange is introduced to VIR!!

I am at VIR (Virginia International Raceway) this week for the BMW Performance Center's Advanced M School. I thought you might like a couple of pictures from one of my favorite road courses in all of North America. The temperatures are very hot (mid 90's). We will be running several track configurations at VIR (north, south, Patriot, and full courses). We have at least one participant from 1addicts.com. Hopefully, he can chime in on his experience.

What an awesome two days of driving. Donnie and the rest of the Advanced M-school instructors were awesome and the cars weren't bad either. I'm still mobile, but I'll write a more fulsome review of VIR, the 1M, and the experience when I'm back home.

Donnie, thanks for being so enthusiastic and helpful and for making this event so much fun.

Brian....we had a blast!! An awesome track with some awesome cars!! You are a heck of a driver! Guys...you should see his 135. It does not do it just to call it a 135....this car rocks!! I am sure he will have some pictures posted soon.

Well Donnie, one member did chime in(Bubbles) and he was "underwhelmed" by the 1M. Sigh...

A bunch of pics that Steve took of my Dinan 135, including one with Donnie and I on the track. The villas in the background served as our base for the 3 days we were there. What an amazing place to stay. In the evening we watched Arial Atoms racing around the circuit doing some testing (TMI Autotech is the sole importer in the US and are located at VIR). Steve said we took the pics at the wrong time of day and the metering was off, but i don't understand photographer lingo, so whatever.
