Now that you have seen your car is the colour what you expected? Just asking as i know some people that was surprised by the colour.

Maybe worth the wait,should cost around 100k more than the 1M by the time it is launched. So instead of paying 100k more for the 1M that someone will be trying to make on it, rather wait for the M2 which will be an improvement of the 1M. I'm sure the M2 will not be limited.

Just what i expected it a beaut. Sound better than a 135. havent reved it passed 3k yet

The colour really is amazing am glad i choose it.

I was hoping to post pics but I didnt bring my data cable will try to post later.

Ive had alot of attention already. there was a huge crowed of people around my car when I collected it on the showroom floor. There where many evil looks when they realised it was mine.

There was a black frozen M3 behind my car and my dealer said that everyone said they would take my car over that in a second

She has been returning peoples deposits. the one guy yeasterday told her he would pay another R100k just to have my car. I would never though.

its a good feeling...

Hey guys. sorry no real pics yet. promise to take many pics this weekend. Done 300kms. cant wait for the run in to complete.

Having this car is making work real hard. I just want to go look at the car every 5 mins to make sure im not dreaming...

Leo Haese (BMW) Centurion will be getting their 1M Alpine White fully specced towards the end of next month. Ask the sales man to look on OASIS which will show the car that they will be getting but the car is sold already.

During this event, BMW also gave us the chance to experience the 1 Series M Coupé during an exciting gymkhana event. At CAR, we have been fortunate to already have tested the newest M car - click here for our video.

South Africa will only be getting 71 of these R546 392 compact M cars, but all have been sold. According to BMW, it was a simple first-come first-serve basis.

It wasn’t BMW’s plan to keep the car exclusive or produce it in limited numbers. The reason that only 2 452 will be built until productions ends next year was a simple math equation: it's the number of M cars BMW can fit in between the standard cars on the assembly line.

Last year, BMW sold 16 967 M cars in total. The best seller was the M3 Coupé, followed by the Sedan and then the Convertible. It is also interesting to note that South Africa is the M division’s 10th biggest market.

Hi guys my mate that took delivery of his 1M two weeks ago was in an accident yesterday. Quite a bit of damage to the car but at least he is ok.
