BMW sale on batteries

Announced in Ottawa Citizen newspaper, batteries on sale for E90's, 2005-2012 installed for $241. This is $70 off their regular price of $311. This should apply to our 1 series as well. See bmw.ca/vsp altho I don't see this sale price there yet.

Also... don't you guys in Canada have an open recall on the battery? (only Canada cars not US or Mexico) I remember reading that a year or two ago. Might be worth it to have a dealer run your VIN.

Canadian recall was to replace 70Ah batteries (if fitted) with 90Ah ones.
