Just in case you didn't know what a schmick 135i looks like I thought I'd throw up a few more shots (taken recently, not when she was new by the way).
Up on two wheels, clever. |

Bloody awesome job! However, I'd get my b*lls cut off if I washed the car IN the garage!!

Awesome job.
Man if I added that to my 6 monthly full detail then I would be looking at 16 hours! It already takes me 8 hours just for a full external detail! |

If I spent 8 hours on extra on my car, I would also get my man bits in a bi of strife! Would love to buy, but can't right now, wouldn't mind your M3 in a few months though! |

no wonder you are hanging on to it, there is alot of work in those wheels, thats border line obsessive compulsive, i have never seen anything like that before, these were my wheels some time ago, you could say i have a cleaning disorder too.

Interesting. I've noticed some rust on the round dome-like part the wheel is bolted on to (sorry, don't know the correct term) on my car and none on yours.
I wonder if it's just spotting that can be removed with a high-pressure hose or if it's actually corrosion? (apologies for the slight thread-jacking too) |

Re the M, nah it's a long termer (now two years old), dreaming of a SC for it in a year or two maybe and some 20 x 10's. Besides, they have taken a HUGE drop in resale from what I paid back in 2008. |

I keep mine pretty well in general, use the pressure washer with a snow wash attachment and do 2 wash and rinse then scrub down. I use P21S wheel gel, Swissvax Autobahn and Pneu on the wheels, top it off with ArmourAll Protectant stuff to save me from the break dust. Living in Darwin I can't really avoid dirt roads, especially at the folks orchard - try to use the work car for those runs! I also get it details once a month so by a detailer I trust! Re. the M, thought you might keepmit but was worth asking. Really hoping the next car will be a new M1 (if they actually do it) or a used M3! |

Congratulations Alpine! That's awesome news, hope the transaction goes through smoothly!
Jksgoh, yes one of those! There's one called the Gilmore something something, that doesn't need a pressure washer. Check out www.carcareproducts.com.au. They should have some attachments. |
