Microfiber Polishing Pads?

Does anyone use microfiber polishing pads with their DA polisher? I've used foam pads for years but it's time to get some new ones and I thought I'd try them out. Any brand recommendations or other tips?

Quite the contrary now. Mf cutting discs have more cut than foam pads. I was going to get either optimum or uber mf cutting discs but I decided to wait till spring when I stock up for the year.

Meguiars have really perfected their system and it is the product to get right now.

For DA polishers MF pads offer less weight, which means more rotation, which leads to more correction.

Have I used any? Nope. I'm still using LCC Hydropads on my Makita, but will eventually pick some up.

Thanks for all the replies. I saw a detailing video "Drive Clean" on YouTube and he mentioned microfiber pads as one of the best recent innovations in detailing so it sparked my interest. I just ordered a couple of pads from autogeek.net so I'll be testing them out in the next few weeks.
