Doing coil overs what else needed/recommended?

I'm replacing my stock Msport struts & shocks with 56k miles on them. I'm going to replace them w/ coilovers next weekend.

I've got the shocks + springs that we're recommended by Harold at HPA shop. Plus new BMW top hats & Monroe rear upper strut mounts to replace the stock rear upper mounts.

What else should I replace while I've got things apart? I already have the front M3 control arms installed. But are there any other rubber parts that should be replaced at about 60k?

Poly RSFBs or inserts at minimum. Check your sway bar end links. Fronts are long enough they like to bend.

Tie rods? I have the M3 front control arms upper and lower. Same part?

I have the whiteline RSFB inserts and read diff brace. The two of them work to tie down the back end like it should be.

I'll have the shop take a look at the sway bar end links when we have it up in the air. I was thinking about upgrading to the M3 front bar but that may wait until I get ready to track the car. Hopefully not too far down the road.

Nope, tie rods are the arms that go from the steering rack to the knuckle. The ball joint at the end can get worn/loose. Worth checking while you're in there

Solid rear arms would be the next step. Huge improvement over stock and plants the rear end much better.

We used these: https://groundcontrolstore.com/colle...stable-arm-set

Also RSFB are really a must on these cars, they've been mentioned here already but I can't stress the difference they make. You could also use the Race inserts BimmerWorld sells, much less work and better then M3 bushings. Otherwise go solid.

As far as I know Lemforder = OEM, I am unaware of performance/aftermarket tie rod option that are worth a poop
