Lease Assumption, 2012 135i 12 mo. left with ~30k miles remaining, $3k incentive.
Gone. 2012 135i Alpine White Boston Black Leather with M Sport Package & Navigation This is my wife's lease. We just don't drive this vehicle anymore due to our children and we'd like to transfer the lease over to someone who will enjoy it. We are located in San Gabriel, California. The current payment is ~$632/month with 15k miles/year. The car is in excellent condition and has BMW Safe Lease included. The car lease ends on 03/27/15, and currently has 15,500 miles on the odometer. Upon the successful acquisition of this lease I will pay the new leaser $3000. We will also pay the lease assumption fee as long as you are a qualified leaser under BMW Financial. This will effectively lower your payments to ~$375/mo for the remainder of the lease providing that you use the incentive towards payments . This offer is good until our next payment (03/27/14). Lease Details - Start Date - 03/27/12 End Date - 03/27/15 Annual Contract Mileage - 15,000 Current Odometer - ~15,600 Remaining Mileage - ~29,400 Car Options - Alpine White Black Boston Leather M Sport Package Premium Package 2 7-speed DCT Navigation Pictures Below (the red square is where there are 2-3 door dings from my wife opening my car door to get our son out). Does the $632 a month include the LA county sales tax?
Also, what is the residual at lease termination?

Thanks, what's the VIN.
I need to run it through TX DMV site and see how much sales tax they are going to collect. https://txdmv.gov/spv-calculator
