Hmm, so a custom set factory ordered, drilled to my cars specs would probably add another $3000 to the pocket lol... So tempting to go on a Raman noodle crack whore diet to finance them!

The FI wheels are actually engineered for each car model specifically to match the load ratings and requirements. BBS would have to engineer the wheel specific for you. It can be done, but requires a hefty order of one model number to do. They cannot just redril a current design unfortunately

So.... How the hell does Audi get snubbed here as the euro market is full of potential, not just in a cpl brands. That's shitty.

I would of at least hoped I could have a set stamped out and custom drilled... Just like others where the billet is just the same for different vehicles and drilled accordingly. This is a one piece hot forge pressed wheel so I dont see the problem therein to go with a billet from another comparable car.

Other wheels like HRE, and other semi custom wheel makers design a wheel for max load rating in general, then they can custom drill and set offsets etc with no issue. There are some designed per application to but this is generally what is done. On the FI wheel from BBS, each wheel is designed for a specific model so its custom tailored to the model to be as light and durable as possible yet still pass TUV and other certifications.

Even as of now, BBS only has a few applications for the FI wheel like, M3/1M,Ferrari f430, and 2-3 porsche fitments.
