Good job Col Crawford
Well, it seems like they are universally disliked, but they have always been good to me...
I took my car in for yet another warranty claim last week (the rear light was out). Not only did they replace the light, they also cleaned the gunk out of my washer bottle which had been blocked for ages. They gave me two free bottels of washer fluid too! I have been told they will de-gunk it again for free so long as I use my washers each week with the BMW fluid. And they cleaned it too (I know some people can't cope with BMW washing their cars, but I don't care). So good on yer Col Crawfords

Hey Breville, I've had a few issues with them and my brakes are still squealing terribly after taking it there 4 times. They won't take the car for a drive so it's a little frustrating.
However, I had a rear light failure as well and I called them on Monday to tell them. They said we'll have one here tomorrow we'll put it in while you wait. Which they did - so was pertty impressed with that.

Didn't ask for a car - they always drive me to and from my office; so no need.
Funny you say about the breaks as mine have been squeaking like a bastard for freekin months and they don't now!! I have no idea what they did as I didn't even mention it. I assumed it was self inflicted...

My brakes get the squeak stage as well and I read somewhere here that they get a glaze on them when you just "city drive" around.
To fix them, it was suggested that you go for a "spirited" run with some heavy breaking to get them nice and hot. I do that and it definitely fixes the sqeaking for me.
