best size spacers and brand to buy??

I'm looking to add spacers and push out the wheels to the fenders for a cleaner meaner look,and hoping to gains better traction and handling.What sizes do you guys reccommend,brand,and will I get over steer??

any hubcentric spacer should be fine.

12mm front and 10mm back.
spacer won't make any noticeable difference to your tracking and handling.

I just realized that ,your right wrong section..I thought poeple usually go either 10-12mm front,and 12-15mm in the rear???I thought it makes the car handle better (wider stance).

BMS 10's in the front and 12's in the rear. Best value in spacers+bolts too.

I put a set of theses ^^^^ on recently and they are great. Low price, fast shipping, all that and easy to install too. No vibrations or any other issues afterwards.

As for width, "it depends". What wheels and tires you have, and what you are trying to do. Don't just do what anyone else does, make sure you know what your wheel offsets are, your tire sizes are, and go from there. Though if you are 100% stock then yeah maybe it's best to copy. For anything else though, do a little homework and be sure you get the right sizes.

Running stock wheels and tire size,but got rid of the crap run flats for be goodrich g force ..12 in the front maybe 10 in the back the other way around?

Vorshlag makes some nice spacers as well. They have 5mm, 10mm, 15mm & 20mm spacers. I have the 5mm spacers on the front of my car.

I'm with Mike up above! Burger Motorsports has a really great set of hub centric spacers for the 135. I'm looking at getting 15mm for the rear and 10mm up front. There prices can't be beat at $99.00 a set with extended lug bolts included! Burgertuning.com

Increased track width WILL have a noticeable effect on handling.

I can't say that their is a huge difference between any of the hubcentric BMW spacers out there. We personally run Macht Schnell & Velocity Motorcars spacers depending what what wheel/tire setup we are running.

I don't know your wheel/tire size but 10mm & 12mm seems like a pretty big spacer.

That's the spacer causing that issue.I would switch the order around,It will alot look alot better too.

So with stock tire size, what sizes are recommended to reduce understeer without producing a snap oversteer condition? Looks are not a concern. Better balance and no rubbing are the goal.
