Water pump broke... CPO Warranty?

I'm pretty sure my water pump broke last night, doing research I have all the symptoms of a broken one. My '08 135 has 48k miles on it and I'm into the Certified PreOwned phase of my warranty. Just wondering if it was covered, because I know it's like a $1000 job with parts and labor.
