16,600 miles, never asked for oil. did do one at 6000 miles out of my own pocket and then did a free one at 1 yr of ownership (~13000 miles).
The computer says I'm due for an oil change in 1700 miles |

Mine wanted a quart at 11,000 miles. Oh and guess what, our BMW Full Maintenance doesn't pay for it. I was told it was before the first oil service at 15,000 miles, what a joke. But I just went to the store, picked up some full synthetic, and did it myself for $4 bux.

Well, I don't know what it is about my car & fluids, but I just took it into the dealer because it was starting to warn about coolant being low. The advisor said that's not abnormal, nor was the fact that I've had to add 2 quarts of oil. I'm now over 11k miles, and the service tech indicated oil level was normal.

I'm at 55,000 km now (N55), with oil changes every 10,000 km or so.... I have never had the oil readout show anything less than max, so no, I've never had to add oil either.

Almost every performance car I've owned, I've had to add a quart every now and then. E36 M3, 330i ZHP, E46 M3 and C63 all needed an additional quart from time to time.

1 qt. during the first 7500 miles, nothing after that - 28k on it now. Oil changed every 7500 miles (Alternates: one covered by BMW, the other paid by me).

None in 5.000 miles, but new Bimmers vary in that regard. I had an M-Roadster new in '99 that used a few quarts before it settled down and stopped using altogether after about 10K. So i wouldn't be overly concerned quite yet.

Added a 1/2 a quart around 8k miles (initial change at 2k). None since then. Now at 50,000 miles, change every 7,500.
