Windshield fluid reservoir and meth injection

Ok, where exactly is the windshield washer fluid reservoir? Is it low in the engine bay somewhere under the access spout or is it in the trunk somewhere? Does its location make it a pain to use as the reservoir for water/meth injection?

Passenger side of engine bay in the fender wheel well area mounted pretty low.

Can be used for Meth injection but some people have problems with priming the meth pump because the meth pump ends up getting mounted higher than the bottle.
