Any info about Xi?

I know this will be a stupid question, but I still want to know the answer. Did anyone order 325Xi? Because active steeling wheel and moonroof is not a option that i can choose, so is that mean it's not available in Xi or it's standard? Thanks.

LOL @ active "steeling" wheel....
I too didn't see AS as an option for the 325XI, but I think the moonroof is standard.

Yea active steering is not an option on the xi versions. I guess they can't fit all the components they need around the front driveshafts.

As for the moonroof they are standard on all 3 series cars in the USA.

The Moonroof is standard, Active Steering is NOT available in the XI. Something to do with the front Diff. As for "active steeling" it's going to be available in most parts of the US! But hopefully NOT on mine!

if you go there often.

I can't imagine that you'd end up in the snow very often considering you'd have to drive 4-5 hours just to get to somewhere that snow existed.

but if you do more power to you

I love to snowboard, and live in the east bay but I only get up there 4-5 times a year and wasn't willing to make the compromise in performance the other 360 days a year I don't drive in the snow

not knocking down your choice, just explaining mine

I know, it's kind of stupid, it's almost same price with 330i with my options, and I only go to lake tahoe once or two per year... but I just like 4 wheel drive car. I already got a big horse volvo twin turbo already. which is bad choice, don't even buy that car. great in horse, bad at everything else.

I didn't know y'all are forced to take a sunroof down there in the USA. What a rip! Interestingly, my 325xi will not have a moon/sunroof, but the Cold Weather Package is standard (xi or otherwise) and the price didn't change from e46 to e90. So I guess they're just giving us what we want???

I guess you just have not driven the 4wd. It is worth every penny. It does not matter if you are driving on ice or asphalt. It is awesome. Audi has it too but in much softer wrap.

OK I think you might be a bit confused. The active steering and moonroof have nothing to do with SP and non-SP.

If I'm readling correctly, you ordered an 325Xi. If you order SP then the steering wheel is different, you get the sport seats and Style 159 wheels with 17 inch all-seasons.

What options did you get? You can always cancel and re-order if you want additional items. No dealer is going to refuse to order you another car, if you're planning to spend more money. Besides is the car already in production?

Nothing much, just 325xi base with xenon light, power seat, comfort access, aluminum trim, racing dynamic sport rims. I think that's it for now, because the car is not here yet, but I am sure that I will put some more stuff into this car when it's here.
