I dont know about you but I beat the crap out all cars except on the tuned tracks. They had too much power to beat them. had to go for the Blitz GTR.
I change the springs settings on the front to twice hard and the back. Made a hell of difference for cornering. Actually, reduces the understeer. Also, I play with the cockpit view. Heheheh. |

The 135 is great in GT5 with minor setup changes, just like in real life. The EVO is just obviously a bit easier to drive with AWD. Was fun for a few days until I got bored of GT5 and sold my whole setup on craigslist (PS3, G27, GT5, etc.)
It just can't match the real thing

COOL!!
I have my PS3 connected to a 52" LCD 120hz tv, THX reciever and polk satelites. Also I have the G27 steering wheel with cluth pedals, manual shifter and paddles. I have to build a racing "cockpit frame" to put the steering wheel. I try to use the little foldable tables and that damn wheel moves the table. Its a fight with the wheel, LOL the force feed back is so strong after 1 hr I have to stop. I cant wait to christmas. heeheh Well, I think I will have to fight the wife for the PS3-TV use. LOL I will get her the PS Move with 2 additional games. |

The driving dynamics of all the cars in the game are very accurate...it's a blast to play with surround sound and 3d going makes passing cars so much easier and weaving through traffic.
First real hard bump i've found is the Top Gear intermediate test...is it just me or does the back end of the lotus seem way to loose in that test? The ones i've driven felt much more planted around the auto x course than that thing does. |
