135i performance brakes on 125i

Hi guys,

I've heard/seen the 135i performance brakes on 125i's.
I believe the 135i perf calliper (yellow) is different to the 125i perf calliper (grey), but apparently it can be made to fit.

Does anyone here have any info on this?

Cheers

Tons of threads on this. It's completely doable.

Unless you are sold on the look, save your money though.

Both the same brakes, ones yellow and the other ones grey. Yes it's a direct swap and simple. Google search it. Not to sound like a ass. But there's a lot of threads on it.

Paint is different but the caliper is the same and both have the same issues when tracked.

The rear calipers & rotors of 135i spec bolt on with simple modification to the 125i/128i ( cuts and bending of the back plate). The issue is the Handbrake, the 125i/128i diameter is too small and as such you will have no hand brake. The solution is to modify brake shoes. See e90post thread and here the No 128i love thread post #824.
