Anyone out there a forza motorsport fan?

I got the game last night and threw it in, the first car you get to chose from was a bunch of fwd 4cylinders so I chose the ford festiva. it's alright, it got me past the first few F class cups to get me enough cash to buy.. a 135i!!

It's awesome having your own car in a game, it's also got my R33 GTR in there too.

Check out the tyre deforming as you go hard around the corner.

GT5 is supposed to be out this year... But I won't hold my breath! I bought a PS3 the week it came out in anticipation for GT, 2 years later....

Forza looks good though, not much of an Xbox person so will probably never get to play it! Are those screen shots from in game-racing?

yeah, same. I got the gt5 prologue but it feels just like your playing the rest of the games in the series. I didn't expect it to radically change but it lost me and I hardly played it.

I've read March next year now. But you can't go by anything Sony says these days.

Ane yep, they are in game shots. you press pause at any time and can take a photo.

GT? Those of you who are Sony fanbois are so gullible. Dont they understand by now it will never come out. Should go play games that are out not wait for them.
I have 3 different systems, and the PS3 is collecting dust, xbox mainly used by me and the Wii is the most used. Nintendo did great this time round tho.

I like the realistic scrapes and dirt etc. My 135i and M3 on GT Prologue SHOULD look like piles of twisted metal!

I wish I could find a REALLY good driving simulator system that actually rolled and pitched to give a bit of realism....I guess it would cost about as much as a real 135i!

Wii graphics suck. Hard hard could it be to go HD like PS3??

i dont know i think pgr4 still has best graphics for a racer
this just feels like forza 2 graphics to me they look good but no pgr4 : )
but those trees do look really good : )

Same here!! I had to wait a few months for my 135i to arrive so I went out and bought the PS3, GT5 Prologue and the GT Steering Wheel. I invested heaps of hours in the game but overall I wasn't impressed, after all it was only a demo but they still charged a premium price for it. It's been a year later and still no update on GT5!!! What a joke!!

I just got back from my mates place and we been playing Forza 3 all afternoon. It's definitely the best car game out at the market at the moment and the game play is unreal. I've always been a Sony Playstation fan but I may have to get an xbox now just so I can play FM3!!

They made the 135i the hero car, it's extremely powerful and it's faster than anything in its class. It beats anything and everything from a dig and a roll. It seems very realistic as well and in stock form the understeer in the 135i is really bad. The modding aspect is even better than FM2 and although the mods aren't 100% real it's still really fun. I added the H&R Front & Rear Sway bars to a stock 135i and it made a world of difference! I think I need to buy them now haha. It's really fun I just wish the game was available on PS3 or GT5 would just hurry up and come out.

Those graphics are unbelievable!! GT5 looks amazing I really can't wait it looks very promising!! I think I'll still get FM3 in the mean time though, March 2010 is ages away.

I'm a Sony fanboy as well but at the end of the day I'm always after the best car game out on the market. At the moment FM3 is easily the best car game out and the modding aspect is really informative and addictive. I can see why people love the game. There will always be FM v GT wars but they are both good games it just comes down to which console you own. After seeing that trailer I think GT5 will have much more superior graphics and probably a much more life-like simulator but FM3 is still heaps of fun and as good as it gets for now. Time will tell but you should at least give FM3 a run. Awesome BMW car list in the game as well!!!

i dont think it will be delayed anymore and it was never really delayed to begin with; making a new engine with no code reuse takes as much time as it takes just to make a game; thats why it took so long also they added nascar and other types of racing in the game so its kind of a hands down winner for racing game

and yes march 2010; if it will be delayed it will only be for a for 2 to 3 months on top of that so thats not that bad they will most like release a demo sometime early next year aswell.

Too bad for you that in the meantime you miss out out on a great game like FM3. By the time another year comes out there will be FM4 or other racing games already on both systems with even better graphics.

GT5 trailers do look good, but they could be pre-rendered, snazzied up videos as far as Im concern. How do you know 100% it was actual in-game video footage?

Have you played GT Prologue? Graphics are amazing in game. The trailers posted aren't in game, but it won't be far off

you can see in the interview one in game footage; it looks to be on par with pgr4 or abit better and that is saying that because shots in pgr4 can be passed off as photos if you do abit of touch up in photoshop.
