I was quoted $380 from BMW, which just takes it to a tint shop and then marks it up to make a little extra. My CA told me this is how it works and suggested I just go through the tint shop directly instead. Anyways, to answer your question I am paying $215 for 35% Carbon tint all around.

JaMa,
Were you on the "Asian Chorus" vessel as the rest of us? You live in Colorado and most of these people that live within 30-45mins from me has already taken delivery. This is not right i tell you. I better hear from my CA tomorrow. Oh well.

Just spoke to my CA and it looks like BMW VPC just loaded my car onto a car transport today for Thursday. He said that the VPC delayed my car somehow. Hopefully its a minor issue, i'll find out when i get it? Delivery should be this Saturday. Sucks on my end. I'm just disappointed that i didn't get it the same time as everyone else.

OC has updated the picture of the car on the "Track your BMW' page finally. Until today it has always shown up as a Sedona. Now it shows as AW:w00t:
Still shows it is at the VPC thoughMy dealer told me yesterday that it would be at the dealership today though. Hopefully it is. My CA is out of the office until Friday

Its from my iphone so quality isnt the best... Anyways the black one is my friends who bought his off the LOT yesterday... I guess that makes him a week 23er too.. So far, the only mods I've done are the aluminum pedals, roundels and angel eyes. |

I think you can but the car will not be able to be restarted of course without the key near the car. I think there is a thread about this somewhere on here already. I will see if I can find it:w00t:

Have a friend try it when you have the key in your pocket outside the car and lets see if he can drive off with it. I'm sure it will work.

Gotta give some to get some. In the case of CA you get ease of getting in and out of the car as well as not having to fumble with keys all the time. You give up some security however:iono:
