Do current cars have the newer LED type halos?

Does the current model year 1 series have the super white LED halos like other BMWs have these days? I haven't seen any around but figured they would have updated the whole lineup. Surprised nobody has swapped the newer housings into older cars (or maybe they have and I'm just not searching right!).

The 1 series never came stock with white LED AE. You'd have to change out the bulbs like some have done

Thanks. I actually just posted pics in the second thread you referenced showing the Philips replacement bulbs. Was just wondering if even the new cars were still the yellowish halogens. Must be the only model that still has them as I see the new fancy version all day long on the road on other models.

My guess is because the 1-series is being phased out, they did not want to bother with the LED angel eyes. A pity...

That's kind of sad that I will never be able to get OEM LED angel eyes. I was worried about LED because I've saw how tight it is in my headlights and I didn't want to worry about dynamic headlight failure.
