BMW Concierge

For people with BMW Concierge, what are some of the requests you've made so far? It seems like there's no limit as to what these guys will do. Last night I had them solve a math problem for me

Any other creative ideas?

LOL! e90fanatic, looking at how loaded your e90 is with options, I think the only thing you don't have is a chauffeur.

Nathan has had to use BMW Assist (for a dead battery) and has had a good experience so far. Check out his thread here:

haha...u guys are funny. Is it part of the BMW assist? or is it a seperate feature?

So I can just use BMW assist and ask them "how and where can I get a driver's license? I think I need one sometime later. Can you find me the best price?"

Yes, it's part of BMW Assist.

haha...I have sunshade in my 525i but it was totally pointless. I just scare my friends in the back (something moving in the back). For 500+ dollars...it's too much to cover just the rear. If it was sunshade for all the windows, that's another story..hehe.

While you access BMW Concierge via the Assist call button, I was told the first concierge call is free and each concierge call is $4.95 after that. (Price of first year of BMW Assist is covered in the purchase of that option or with Premium pkg. but not concierge.) During delivery they will ask you for your CC number to have on file, but giving it is an option.

First run through includes a 'get acquainted' call to BMW Assist which confirms your registration of the product and your password. Having never had this kind of service, it was a wee bit spooky talking to this guy in the car. But he said the concierge service could get Packer tickets so there's chutzpa for ya!

I was told only weather, traffic reports, and directions get charged the $4.95.
Restaurant reservations and that stuff are free for a year with Assist.
