Mud Guards
I'm sure i have seen guys on here running with mud flaps on the 135i M Sport bumpers, but when i check BMW parts they say that mud guards don't fit on the sport bumpers.
Can anyone on here confirm wether or not this is true? Is there a part # i can give to my dealer to purchase some rear guards? Also, if anyone has pics of their 135i with mud flaps, then feel free to post them |

This was one of the first mods I did to my car back... Both front and rear fit perfectly and IMO look pretty good without being overly noticeable.
Pictures not the greatest but you can see I've got the front on there. I originally bought mine off eBay for $60 (front and rear) but I can't find the dealer that I got them from. They were the original OEM guards. Found them on bavarian autosport, http://www.bavauto.com/se1.asp?dept_id=310 The ones for the 1 series are near the very bottom of the page.

They blend in pretty well on a black 1er. I received my guards this week from BMW, along with a BMW LED interior light kit. I might wait until my coilovers have arrived and been installed before i fit the guards, as i think the lowered stance makes them look alot better.
I ordered the new ST XA coilovers, but they are on a 5 week back order http://www.st-suspensions.net/st/inf...t_xa_coilovers |

I agree. Subtle difference that I hardly notice anymore. Yeah if you already have to jack the car up to do the coilovers it'd be easier to wait to do the guards. They are a little hard to get on with the wheels on. Though I read somewhere that it can be done.
