Fitment Question

I have a set of 16" Style 156 E9x wheels and wanted to know if these can be fitted onto a 128?

The offsets of the 156's - ET34 7x16"
The offsets of stock wheels on 128's - ET47 7x17"

Will I need spacers and what would be the correct tire specs to run without any problems?

Could you run 205/50 on the 16's as well?
