Not likely.

Did you have to push back the brake pads in the calipers when you installed these?

You will a little, particularly if the old discs are a little worn.
By the way, these discs still rust once the outer coating is worn away.
I run them at the track with stock pads and I'm not getting much fade!

Yes there is a rear rotor. The part number is 34216795754.

It matches the front rotors perfectly in terms of design which is much better because using a blank rear rotor with front drilled/slotted rotors is stupid. I don't know why they didn't just include it with the kit in the first place...

Trying to install the front rotors now, the hulk must have tightened those two 10mm bolts holding the calipers on I can't seem to get it to budge! At least 120 lb torque

lol

From my understanding, I do not actually think you are supposed to be loosening those bolts.

You are supposed to loosen the actual bracket from the wheel hub rather than the caliper from the bracket. I think I read this somewhere. Also, when I purchased the BMW Performance brakes the new calipers come with the bracket pre-installed on the calipers themselves.

Good luck!

Good! I'm glad you commented. I recently did pads and felt like an idiot for loosening the bracket (two 18mm bolts at the back) after seeing this thread.

Also a good time to install a set of wheel studs.

Haha, I saw "Performance Rotors DIY" and figured you were drilling/slotting your own rotors.
Didn't really associate a brake job with a DIY project.
