I think the real reason is it is a RACE CAR! It will get bent/crashed... and lighter is always better. 400 euros vs 2,000 euros for replacement headlights lets see...

Yes, regular M3 wheels. Standard 18inch M3 wheels, since this 135i has flared front and rear fenders to fit the M3 offset wheels.
