Electric Power Fold-In Mirrors
Hi all
Just need some advice here, I am planning to switch my side mirrors to the 1M ones. As we know all 1 er's comes with different side mirror options, mine has auto-dip but no power fold-in. Can i just get the power fold-in 1M side mirrors and upgrade the window switch to the one that activates the fold-in? And possible get them coded to work? Thanks. |

You need some wiring aswell.
I've not looked that much into this on 1-series, but I've done this on my e61. |

I believe all of the 1M mirrors are power-folding. If not, all the ones listed in ETK as a retrofittable kit are all power-folding. I haven't pulled the mirrors off of any E82's that didn't already have power folding, but I know the harness is 5 wires compared to 3.
