Help! Big rattle in the front

we did some testing today and we stuck a 1/4" thick felt pad at that location and the rattling was mostly gone...can hear a faint sound. I'm going to stick the same felt pad at the bottom of the spring too.
We drove the same road/bumps with and without the pad and can tell a difference.
My local KW guy will send a note to KW about this...apparently KW makes a rubber/plastic tube that slides on the top spring (Z4M KW kit)

Hi, KW installed this rubber kit yesterday on my car. Its plug and play....no need to dismount the spring. The rattle is gone now. Was testing on the way home from KW headquarter in Fichtenberg near Stuttgart

the fast way is probably to contact KW directly.

Yes, send a mail to KW and tell them you have the rattle problem.

Already wrote 2emails to kw germany.. No answer, whats your contact name? , thank you so much for posting your infos.. You help us alot!, wish i was near the shop like you..

call them and ask for Michael Grassl.
You can tell him you where directed to him by the Swiss 1M owner who was at their facility 2 weeks ago.
