Split Exhaust Setup
Has anyone installed a split exhaust setup on their 125i/135i?
Any idea who installs one in Sydney and how much that will cost? Came around this - looking good... |

If you buy the system, anyone like Midas or UltraTune will do it.
I don't like the look, personally, but that's just me |

Are you after installation only or the complete system?
The quad pipes might look good, but after researching this type of exhaust system for the past 12 months, still havent found anything that actually is a true quad flowing exhaust system. The "Inside Performance" quad system looks the goods but after close inspection also lacks proper exhaust flow engineering. Their isnt really much room on the drivers side rear of the car to install a proper muffler flow exhaust. So most of the exhaust systems on the market have a pipe running from the main rear muffler to the drivers side to give the quad look.. If you decide to install a custom made system give Lambros a call at "High Tech Exhaust" Darlinghurst.. he made up my custom mid pipes.. |

why would you do this? - then you need to buy a new rear bumper
If you get a simple single sided system it will still flow and be very light - no extra pipes. This is the one fitted to my 130 cost about $800. quads are for show, not for go! pretty sure the 135 stock system ( at least the back part with the valve etc) looks like the 130 system)
