Epic OEM Part out
Hi guys,
New to the BMW scene but not new to the car scene. Got the car bug about 9 years ago and bought a 2007 Mazdaspeed 3. Modded it quite extensively until I cracked a ringland running at Mosport DDT in 2011. Pulled the engine myself, had it machined and rebuilt with forged internals (Wiseco pistons, Carillon H beams, balanced crank, ported head etc). It was rocking at 400whp and 400wtq until I exceeded the limited of the ARP 2000 headstuds and lifted the head in 2013. More on the Speed build: 1- http://www.mazdaspeedforums.org/foru...-forged-90756/ 2- http://www.mazdaspeedforums.org/foru...-motor-102388/ 3- http://www.mazdaspeedforums.org/foru...eroids-148333/ Last November, I was on the fence as to whether I should rebuild the Speed or go halfsies with my dad and build a 135 track car. Decided to rip the band-aid off, sold the Speed to a friend and started gathering parts for the track car build. Recently acquired the chassis so it's time to part out what isn't necessary. Stats are as follows: - 2008 Black Sappire Metallic on Black - M Package - 80K KMs - Manual transmission - Clean title - All service records provided. - Replaced hpfp and injectors. - Dealer flashed Dinan stage 2 which is neat. Over the coming weeks, I will be installing the performance parts and removing OEM suspension bits, wheels/tires, front bumper/fenders/side skirts, interior from the steering wheel back, engine components like A/C system, radiator etc and so forth. So, if you guys need anything, let me know. If the items don't sell here then it's off to eBay and Kijiji. Cheers, Dave Last edited by xBlueStreakx; 02-17-2016 at 05:39 PM.. |

Sooooooo, I am assuming you are going to ditch the stock steering wheel and put a race wheel in there, or at least remove the airbag?
Would be interested. Located not far away. |

I has 3.46:1 differential from an automatic 335, should be bolted not welded.
Basically the core you need for your LSD rear end you'll want to put in that car. PM me if you're interested. |

I have a MFactory 3.46 LSD ready to be installed. Nearly threw out my back carrying it to the basement. Haha.
