How is your BMW Performance steering wheel holding up?
Hey, wanted to find out how all the BMW performance steering wheel owners steering wheels are holding up?...
What is your routine at cleaning the alecantarra?? How is it looking now? Has it aged or gone smooth? Lets see some pictures!! I have only had mine for about a month so im wondering how its gonna hold up in terms of the alecantarra staying fluffy or going smooth...

Had mine for six months. No visible deterioration yet. I am very cautious about keeping it covered when I have to park in the sun etc... Cleaning is just a slightly damp cloth with a little armor all mixed in. Hope this helps.

Mine is like the day I got it, just wipe it with a clean rag that is damp with water only. Thank god it's black because I am a mechanic and I have caught myself driving home with some nasty/greasy hands and thought about what is transferring to the wheel. However just wiping it has kept it clean and that's about all the maintenance it needs. The only thing I hate is when I smudge the g-meter screen and rpm lights and not realize til the next day and then it is blurry in the sunlight and annoys the heck out of me!
