The importance of installing your intake properly!

So ever since I made my mr 5 style intake I found out I never installed it back on properly! the stock airbox wasn't fully connected to the hose.

So last week end I was doing my regular check up on my meth setup and notice this.

Man didn't realise how much difference it made, the car feels like a new car again, the power down low is so much better and the hesitation that I was feeling before is now gone!

anyway morale of the story is to make sure you guys install your intake properly and not be a retard like me!

Guess that makes me a retard too. I've done that also. Always in a hurry to get the car back on the road after fiddling with it.

So you have the Mr 5 Intake... Nice work Rey. Best intake by far IMO.

After he pulled every piece of the interior out. Only thing left was to remove the doors.

I'll cop this on the chin guys I am very slack. Thanks for reminding me about the extinguisher bracket Paul. I need to buy myself a fire extinguisher that fits. Also forgot about the Mr 5 intake until I saw this thread too. Ive got a busy week but if someone could bump this thread in about a week from now so I remember that would be great!
