Ebay Polyurethane Front Lip

I just received my front lip from eBay, but it doesn't fit. The M sport bumper "notches" do not line up (on either side of the inter cooler inlet). Has anyone else had this problem?

I've already contacted the seller to get a replacement.

Part of ebay. Its hit and miss with fitment. Thats usually why it is cheaper. At least the seller is going to send a replacement. Wouldn't get my hopes up that the replacement fits though.....

unfortunately I have never bought any ebay part that fit well. it is the gamble you take. hopefully the seller will send you another one.

yes!!!!!
i received mine last week, tried to fit on sunday and it doesn't line up in the slightest!

I had this issue a few months back, wouldn't fit so I ended up throwing it into the lake.
Made my own lip instead, looks better, costed 10x less and fits perfectly lol

Even if they are willing to send a replacement, I can't imagine fitment is gonna be much better. If they aren't willing to work with you then you should be able to open a case with eBay under their protection as the product was not as described. Keep us posted

Well i emailed them monday morning, they requested me to send them some pictures which I was gonna do this weekend.
Now they've just messaged me saying their vendor is sending a replacement.

At least they're trying to sort the problem out

Cant complain much as long as their customer service remains top notch. It's great to hear when an ebay seller holds up their end. Hopefully the new piece fits better for you. Cant say I've heard of many of those lips fitting well though.

Here is my ebay poly lip. it wasn't a perfect fit, needed a bit of bending. A friend and a really warm day is helpful. I installed the center first and the had to bend the sides back to line up correctly.

Put it out in the sun for a while or use a heat gun to form it. It's not going to fit perfectly until you make the plastic more pliable.
