I think the lambo won because it has simply more power than the 135i (even modded), weighs about the same give or take a few KGs and I think it has aerodynamic efficiency at top speeds too...less frontal area. Anyone know the cd for a Gallardo? Quater mile is low 12's I believe.
I would expect the V10 beast to pull away from the 135i up top. Then again if the 135i managed to hold of the italian bull this would be a good advertisement for the V3 right? |

I bet the 135 hung with the gallardo, I don't think shiv would be posting this if it wasn't at least pretty darn close.

This question wouldn't be asked if the 135i lost or came really close. I'll have to see this because the Lambo is putting down more power and it's more aerodynamic.

I don't see how a 135 would be able to beat a Lambo Gallardo, unless the Lambo driver couldn't drive for shit.

I think that's a pretty safe bet considering the OP is selling a tune for the 135i and not the Lambo lol. Now whether or not the car was all-in-all faster, I highly doubt it. I just hope we don't get people bragging about how a 135i with just a tune is faster than a Lambo no matter what.

Bump, for no other reason than I find it hard to understand that the similar E90 Post has 10x more views...
Perhaps this is in the wrong forum? :iono:

lol, it seems like it. e90post has a lot more traffic tho. Especially since it's pretty much all bimmer models since most people just click the new post button and that generates all new posts across all the model forums. Oh well.

To those of you who have issues with how posts get moved, please keep in mind that the owners of this site are making a concession to you to even have vendors posting here. With that, there is no vendor sponsorship here, and vendors advertising is to be contained to the Commercial forum. The owners/Admins of this site are nice enough to be paying for this whole schmear out of their pockets, and have a right to have it run any way they please.
It's worked very well to date, and if advert posts appear outside of the Commercial forum appear, they will be moved. If it is blatant, infractions get issued. None were issued for this thread. Let's get back on topic. |
