Early Lease Buyout... Options?

Hi gang, I am looking into buying out my 1'er's lease early and financing the remainder of my outstanding balance through a new loan. I'd like to hit a real home run on my interest rate. Can I get some nifty suggestions for credit unions, small banks, online services, etc. through which I might be able to do this? Keep in mind, I'd like as long a financing period as possible. Major props to whomever can help me with this!

P.S. I'm not military, and my credit is pretty good, but not excellent -- so please keep those factors in mind. I just need some "off the beaten path" suggestions. Thanks again!

I joined PenFed and got 4.5% without being military.
