Buying from overseas, customs

Purchasing some parts (trunk & tailights) from Schmiedmann. I believe they are in Denmark. What am I expecting in terms of customs and cost to clear customs? I believe a few people have purchase blacklines from them before....

Not sure for your stuff, but, as I remember I paid $15.00 custom fees for my blacklines.

I just ordered Blacklines from Schmiedmann last week. I'll let you know if i have to pay anything for customs. I have heard from several people that did not.

Yeah, I just called the customs office at the state of Washington. They said I should not incur any custom fees. But shipping for my trunk is ridiculously expensive!

Blu... How much did they charge you for shipping? Did they charge you any extra freight for shipping overseas?

Just an update. I didn't have to pay any custom fees. I have to say Schmiedmann customer service is awesome. They were very quick to response to my emails even with the 9hr time difference. My trunk and blacklines were ordered on Tuesday. Shipped on Tuesday (from Denmark). And arrived here (in Seattle) today on Thursday. I mean I paid up the ass for shipping (because of the size of the trunk) but the speed and service was worth it! I will write another review of the CSL style trunk once I get it on the car!
