Need some input on car change for trackdays..

Think i Posted wrong the first time.. Trying again.

I am driving on track some weekends during the year, and i am modifying my one for this. But i got an offer yesterday to sell my one, and get an 1995 E36 compact as a trade in. Sounds no good at first, but its not an regular compact:

The E36 compact is quite special since its costum built, and EVERYTHING is controlled and approved at TUV in Germany and then approved in Norway.

Mine is worth about twice that, so he will pay the difference.

car looks sick, but i think it wouldn't take much for your 1 to compete/beat that. Unless you need the money, keep the one.

I dont need the money, but i miss the revs and sound of an M engine in an light car ( The one is heavy!:s).. Also i think i need to use alot on my poor diesel to get the lap times down to what this can do..
The most unique thing with this car is that it is legal like this.
The rest of the money would anyways probably go to a new daily driver.

Also the car has 120000km, and is in realy good shape! The paint is flawless, and everything is dokumented...
