slight delay?

I have a 128i standard transmission. I was wondering if anyone experences the same thing I do? it seems that there is a slight lag or hesitation when taking off in 1st gear?
If I just drive the car normaly I have a slight lag. If I punch it the car has no lag?

Anyone have this? Is this normal?

Hold down the fun button for 4 seconds. That should fix you up.
